Our formula was designed with your face in mind, we recommend to use it very sparingly before bed. Applying too much as it's quite heavy and may clog pores, leading to breakouts, particularly if you have acne-prone or oily skin.

Yes, because body butter is formulated with natural ingredients, it can expire. We do add natural preservatives to fight off any bacteria and mold, it's best not to introduce any water to the jar, use a clean scooper to remove the butter first (we include a scoop). Best before 12 months once opened.

Our body butter is 99.5% all natural and organic since we do use some fragrances, it is completely clean and free from harsh chemicals and avoid ingredients like petroleum, parabens, and sulphates.
I bought the Emperor butter cream and it's absolutely fantastic. Smells great and moisturizes. The scent is long-lasting but not overpowering.

Out of all of the LATHR products I've tried, I think the body butter cream is my absolute fav. Smells great like everything else, and isn't greasy at all like other lotions and butters can be. You can feel it instantly absorbing into your skin. Winter makes the skin on my legs and arms so dry, so this product has been a great find. I've tried the Emperor one and Fresh AF, and they've both been excellent!
Using natural deodorant has been a positive experience for me. I feel good about using products that are better for my body and the environment, and I appreciate the subtle scents and nourishing ingredients that natural deodorants offer. This is in their emperor line which i recommend everyone to try. Incredible scent and the combination makes their emperor perfume last a long while.
It’s not really the aventus scent 1-1, but if you have aventus or any variation/dupe of it, this will make the fragrance last at least double the time.

Smells great and moisturizes really well.
Very lightly-scented with notes of dried fruit and bergamot. The cream itself is rich and thick. Goes on smooth without being too greasy.

The size of the body butter is smaller than i expected, but the product itself applies very well and has lasted me quite a while, the emporer scent seems subtle but it lasts , i have gotten many compliments on the scent and look forward to try more from lathr, their products are great, the prices are awesome, and i have nothing but positive things about every product i have ordered from them!
This body butter smells great and leaves a fresh scent on my skin throughout the night all the way until the end of the next day. I’ve used other body butters in the past and the smell always wears out or leaves a very odd metallic scent. Will definitely buy more products from this company. The Arctic Mist deodorant is also my top favourite so far.

Could have a stronger scent
One of the best smelling body lotion (of course after Arctic Mist). Perfect for the Winters. Recommended to be applied after a shower while the skin is still a bit moist and the body butter keeps the skin soft and supple.
These body butters are amazing. Not greasy, and does a great job keeping my skin hydrated for days. A small amount goes a long way for coverage. And obviously they smell damn good, so I had to buy three.
