Body Butter - Fresh AF

Natural body butter is a skincare product made from natural oils, butters and fats. It is thicker and more concentrated than lotions or creams due to its high oil content and low water content.

Body butter is thicker and richer than body lotion due to its high oil & butter content. It's more moisturizing and longer-lasting, making it ideal for severely dry skin. In contrast, body lotion is lighter and more suitable for less dry or oil-prone skin.

After showering or bathing, pat your skin dry with a towel and while your skin is still slightly damp, apply the body butter. It will lock in the moisture and keep your skin hydrated for longer periods.

This largely depends on your skin type and the climate you live in. Generally, you should apply it after every bath or shower. During very dry or cold weather, you may need to apply it more frequently to maintain skin hydration.

Body Oil: Body oil tends to leave the skin feeling moist without a greasy residue like a silky feel. It is typically lighter than body butter and lotion. It provides rapid hydration and is usually best applied immediately after showering while the skin is still damp to seal in moisture. Body oil will keep that scent the longest. 

Body Lotion: Compared to body butter, body lotion has a higher water content and a more liquid consistency. It's lighter and less greasy than body butter, making it suitable for normal to slightly dry skin or for use in humid conditions where heavy products can feel too much.

Body Butter: Body butter is thicker and creamier; it tends to leave a layer of product on the skin's surface, which can benefit people who have sensitive skin that needs extra protection. This thickness is due to its high content of plant-derived oils or fatty acids, like shea butter, which offer deeper hydration. Body butter is best for dry to very dry skin or for use in dry conditions where more intensive moisturization is needed.

Our formula was designed with your face in mind, we recommend to use it very sparingly before bed. Applying too much as it's quite heavy and may clog pores, leading to breakouts, particularly if you have acne-prone or oily skin.

Yes, because body butter is formulated with natural ingredients, it can expire. We do add natural preservatives to fight off any bacteria and mold, it's best not to introduce any water to the jar, use a clean scooper to remove the butter first (we include a scoop). Best before 12 months once opened.

Our body butter is 99.5% all natural and organic since we do use some fragrances, it is completely clean and free from harsh chemicals and avoid ingredients like petroleum, parabens, and sulphates.
