If you recently received a shipping update from us mentioning your order was shipped from our Toronto HQ instead of our New York hub — here’s a quick explanation.

A few products (like Arctic Mist and some seasonal items) have temporarily sold out in our USA warehouse, so rather than making customers wait for a full restock, we’ve been shipping certain orders directly from Canada.

That means your package may take a little longer than usual while crossing the border and moving through customs.

Current Estimated Delivery Time

Most cross-border orders are arriving within:

• 7–10 business days
• Sometimes sooner
• Occasionally a bit longer depending on customs processing
• This has become a bit of the “new normal” lately with international shipments.
