We ship from two fulfillment locations to get your order to you faster:

🇨🇦 Mississauga, Ontario & Vaughan, Ontario for Canadian orders

🇺🇸 Buffalo, New York for U.S. orders

with some orders coming from Vaughan, Ontario for special or made to order items

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow it every step of the way. Please allow a few days after receiving that tracking email for the system to scan your package, we do not ship on weekends or holidays (even if you receive a tracking email it will not update until the next FEW business days)


ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed through our website normally ship within 1-5 business days. In some high volume occasions we do experience sell outs, which may take a little longer than normal especially for made to order products like colognes & butters.


🇨🇦 Canada Shipping

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $85 CAD (before tax)
  • Flat Rate upto $50 orders: $9.95 CAD (2–6 business days
  • Flat Rate $50 - $85: $7.49 CAD (2–6 business days)
  • Remote Areas (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut): Free shipping on orders over $110 CAD or it's Canada Post calculated rate.

We ship via Canada Post, Intelcom and fleet optics from our Mississauga & Vaughan location.

 

🇺🇸 USA Shipping

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $69 USD (before tax)
  • Flat Rate: $7.95 USD (3–8 business days)

Most U.S. orders ship from our Buffalo, NY location. Including some International orders.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada, USA, UK, Australia, some EU Countries
Outside those areas? Send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes. Please check with your local customs office we don’t cover those costs.
