Not as gimmicky as expected. The sugar and vanilla scents are blended with some fruit aromas to create a perfect likeness of Cotton Candy. This also smells a bit like Cream Soda to me...

It smells just like a carnival. Fluffy sweet cotton candy. They nailed it, though not overpowering. I’ve smelled others that claimed to be cotton candy but missed the mark.

Smells perfect! Not overwhelming. When you walk in a room with this on, instead of saying “wow someone is wearing too much cologne” they’d say “wow i smell ice cream or cake” such a pleasant scent!

Its a sweet scent and exactly what I would think a cotton candy fragrance should smell like. I bought this specifically for my daughter and she loves it. This is a solid cotton candy scent.

Some of the other reviews are strange - I think this smells 💯 like cotton candy and is pretty good stuff. My kids enjoy it along with the body butter. I for sure recommend trying this along with the Fruity Hoops (which is even better imo)

A fluffy sugary dream. that dries down to a sweet, candy-like scent. Authentic cotton candy smell, Excellent projection and sillage. Recommended!

Definitely not at all what the name or description would imply! Initial spray is very tropical fruit and coconut, while the dry down is definitely sandalwood-y (which unfortunately smells like pickle juice on my skin every time). Thankfully my husband actually really liked this scent and it works for him, but this is not a fruity sweet smell like the name Cotton Candy might suggest.

Cotton candy is one of those scents I am terribly peculiar about, especially for wear on the body. This is the perfect pure, sugary sweet smell without being overpowering and has staying power. It's like those old cotton candy body sprays so many of us had in middle school from the drug stores grew up into a perfect form.

If your wife has ever mentioned missing those sprays, get her this. Get her the soap. You will be king for the day.
